SAN DIEGO (July 28, 2015) – Councilmember Alvarez has issued the following statement in response to today’s stadium meeting between City, County representatives and the NFL:
“The Mayor stated at the beginning of this year in his State of the City address that he would have a real plan to consider for a new stadium.
To this date, a financing plan has not been released and the NFL will start taking our efforts seriously once we have a plan.”
